The real estate market has changed dramatically in the last few years and while homeowners see the value of their homes dropping, think about land developers who have so much invested in developing residential communities. Sad to say, but many of them have lost it all and are reinventing themselves or their business model. Many haved moved into apartments, revitalization projects and mixed-use communities. For good reason. With all of the developed lots on the ground there’s no need to buy raw land to develop more lots. The challenge is keeping up with they players and the plans.
